If you would like to try on Hawaiian dresses or see our suits in person, we warmly welcome you to visit our Waikiki store.
Please note that some items may be kept in storage; however, all dresses shown in our online catalog are available for fitting in-store.
Fitting Appointment Request
Our Waikiki fittings are available by appointment only.
To provide personalized service and ensure appropriate staff availability, all fitting appointments must first be submitted as a request.
A $25 fitting fee is required when submitting your request.
Submitting a request and paying the fitting fee does NOT confirm your appointment. After receiving your request, our team will review staff availability. Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive a separate confirmation email from us.
If your requested time is unavailable, we will contact you by email to arrange an alternative date or time.
Please check your email carefully after submitting your request, including your spam or junk folder.
IMPORTANT
This fitting appointment is for clothing rentals only.
Wedding Photo Packages, including photography, hair & makeup services, and package dresses, require advance reservation and cannot be booked through a fitting appointment.
Package dresses are not available during rental fitting appointments.
Online Consultation for Wedding & Photo Packages
Our online consultation is exclusively for customers considering wedding, photo, custom packages, or special arrangements of $1,000 or more.
Online consultations are not available for clothing rental inquiries, fitting requests, or general rental questions. Appointments made for these purposes will be canceled.
For clothing rentals, please submit a Fitting Appointment Request instead.
